Experienced Structural Engineer (P.E.)

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university, 8+ years experience, with 2 years Project Management experience. This position requires prior experience in structural engineering design. Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Structural analysis and design

  • Coordinate structural construction documents with documents prepared by other project team members (architect, MEP engineer, etc.)

  • Supervise Engineers in performance of designs, including preparation of calculations, plans, details, construction documents

  • Responsible for engineering design and technical support for projects related to a variety of new and ongoing design projects

  • Responsible for management of the project including estimating, cost, schedule, design, construction management and close-out activities

  • Possess strong working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office suite

  • Analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues

  • Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania or ability to obtain reciprocity within six (6) months of hire

Experienced Municipal/Civil Engineer

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or related degree, and 5+ years of experience working in a civil engineering firm. Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Researching code and ordinance requirements for project sites

  • Prepare reports and design relative to drainage, stormwater management, erosion & sedimentation control for project permits and approvals

  • Prepare permits, concept and design documents

  • Provide site design and layout

  • Prepare grading and earthwork analysis

  • Possess strong working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office suite

  • Prepare water distribution, sanitary sewer and storm drainage design; municipal review

  • Knowledge of field survey operations, engineering and construction industry is preferred.

  • Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania or ability to obtain reciprocity within six (6) months of hire

Water/Wastewater Engineer & Project Manager (P.E.)

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering, 8+ years of experience working in a civil engineering firm, with 5+ years of project management experience in study and design of water/wastewater treatment facilities, water distribution and wastewater conveyance systems. The candidate should have experience or an interest in Project Management, developing technical staff and maintaining client relationships. Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Supervise technical staff in the development of studies, reports and plans

  • Collaborate with fellow professionals on a wide range of water and wastewater treatment engineering projects

  • Direct and oversee field work to evaluate project requirements, opportunities, and constraints

  • Plan, design, schedule, conduct and coordinate detailed phases of a project independently as well as with other engineering disciplines and project management staff

  • Possess strong working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office suite

  • Experience in municipal water/wastewater infrastructure design, assessment, and rehabilitation, including treatment, conveyance and pumping systems

  • Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania or ability to obtain reciprocity within six (6) months of hire

  • Experience in coordination with regulatory agencies and project management experience is preferred.

Administrative Coordinator

The ideal candidates has experience in the AEC industry, an understanding of Construction documents, Project Coordination, Bidding Process and Grant Coordination. Must be self-motivated, flexible in prioritizing projects, able to execute and follow-up on project action items and work on projects both independently and in a group setting.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in a Professional Office environment, Some college required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Computer savvy – proficiency in Microsoft Applications including WORD and EXCEL. Must be proficient in mathematics. Experience in budgeting and bookkeeping a plus. Polished and professional demeanor and communication style, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to – assistance in marketing and proposal preparation, assist project managers, file management, project coordination, assisting professionals in completion of outgoing correspondence, studies and reports, receptionist duties and  managing supplies.  Occasional local travel may be required.
